Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Custom creations cannot be returned except in the case of a major defect.

Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
